This high quality Flashing tape is from Bond It. It is very easy to use, all you need to do is peel and stick and because of it flexibility it will sit easily in awkward places. This tape is also tough and suitable for sealing and general repairs that may need to be done.

You can use this tape on many applications such as flat or pitched roofs, around chimney stacks and parapets in roof valleys.

Due to the flexibility of this tape it is perfect for using on extractor vents, around roof lights, around guttering and flues, RSJ's and for finishing concrete columns. Bond It Flashing Tape is strong enough to resist puncturing and the elasticity of the bitumen give flexibility and adhesion but negates the problems of slump.

The rolls are available in 10m by various widths, 50mm, 75mm, 150mm, 225mm and 300mm

PreparationIt is important to prepare your surface correctly before application. All surfaces must be smooth, clean, dry and dust free. If there is any loose matter it must be removed with a wire brush. Any lichen or moss should also be removed using a fungicidal cleaner. If any of the surfaces are rough or porous you should prime with a bitumen primer and allow it to dry before applying your flashing tape.
