Delivery

We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day.  Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Our delivery charges:
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.95
Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £7.50

Returns

If you have received a damaged delivery or an incorrect item, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.  

If you would like to return the item you purchased, please let us know so we can provide you with the return details.

Pre-ordering

We will occasionally offer pre-ordering on products temporarily out of stock, when this is offered we will advise an approximate in stock date and will prioritise these orders when they become available and intend to deliver within 3 working days, next day if this service has been opted for.
