At Trade-Mart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely and affordably — whether you're ordering a small parcel, multiple items or heavier goods.
The delivery options available to you will depend on the products in your order, the total applicable shipment weight and the delivery service selected. Your final delivery charge will always be shown at checkout before payment.
🚚 Delivery Options – UK Mainland
📦 Standard Delivery
For eligible stocked products, standard delivery is typically 2–4 working days.
⚡ Next Working Day Delivery – £7.99
Next Working Day delivery is available on eligible orders up to 30 kg.
- Order before 1:00 PM Monday–Friday for next working day delivery
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following working day
- Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days
- Extended Delivery items and certain specialist products are not eligible for Next Working Day delivery
🧱 Weight-Based Delivery Charges
For products subject to weight-based delivery, charges are calculated according to the applicable shipment weight:

For eligible orders up to 30 kg, Next Working Day delivery is £7.99.
Orders over 103 kg or orders requiring specialist transport may be subject to additional delivery charges. The available delivery options and final charge will be confirmed at checkout.
ℹ️ Ordering more than one item? Delivery charges can vary depending on the products, quantities and total shipment weight in your basket.
🚛 Extended Delivery Items
Some products are held at one of our supplier or partner locations rather than our main warehouse. These products are available to order as normal but may take a little longer to arrive.
- Usually delivered within 3–5 working days
- Standard delivery charge: £5.95
- Next Working Day delivery is not available
- The applicable delivery service and charge will be shown at checkout
🏬 Click & Collect – Free
Prefer to collect in person? We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Dundee Depot.
- Products held at our Dundee Depot are usually ready for collection within 24 hours
- We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready to collect
- Please do not travel to the depot until you have received your Ready for Collection notification
🚛 Extended Delivery Items – Collection
Some products are held at one of our supplier or partner locations and need to be transferred to our Dundee Depot before they can be collected.
These items may take approximately 3–5 working days to become available for collection.
If your order contains both stocked and Extended Delivery items, your complete order may not be ready for collection until all items have arrived at our Dundee Depot.
We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
