At Trade-Mart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably — whether it’s a small parcel or a large item. We also make returns as smooth and straightforward as possible.

🚚 Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

We offer the following delivery methods:

📦 Standard Delivery – £5.95

  • Delivered within 2–4 working days

  • Tracked service via trusted national couriers

⚡ Next Working Day Delivery – £7.99

  • Order before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) for next working day delivery

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day

🧱 Large / Heavy Item Delivery – £9.99

  • Applies to oversized or bulky products (e.g. tools, equipment, multipacks)

  • Delivered within 2–4 working days

  • You will be notified at checkout if this rate applies based on your basket contents

ℹ️ We’ll always confirm your delivery charges at checkout before payment.

🏬 Click & Collect – Free

Prefer to collect in person? We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Dundee Depot.

  • Orders are usually ready within 24 hours

  • We’ll notify you by email once your item is available for pickup

  • If an item needs to be transferred from another warehouse, collection may take an extra 1–2 working days

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
