🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

At Trade-Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Please note: Returns outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted.


🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.

We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly, either through a replacement, exchange, or full refund.


🔄 How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please:

  1. Email customerservice@bestporteurope.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to confirm return eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • If your return is not approved, we will notify you with a reason and next steps.


⚠️ Exceptions to Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Sale items marked as non-returnable
