Bond It S3 is a premium-grade, high modulus acetoxy sanitary silicone sealant developed for sealing in bathrooms, kitchens and other damp or humid interior environments. Its high-performance biocide helps resist mould growth, while the waterproof formulation cures to form a durable and permanently flexible seal around sanitary fittings and work surfaces.

This listing contains pack of 1 in all colours. S3 provides excellent adhesion to ceramics, glass, melamine laminates and sanitary plastics. It is also compatible with anodised aluminium, lacquered and primed metals, painted timber, painted plaster and primed or painted concrete when the surfaces are correctly prepared.

Typical uses include sealing around worktops, basins, sinks, vanity units, shower trays and shower enclosures. The sealant is easy to tool, offers approximately 20% movement accommodation and provides around 10 linear metres of coverage from each cartridge when applied as a 6mm bead, depending on the condition and porosity of the surface.
