The Briton 2003V Door Closer is an adjustable power overhead closer with adjustable backcheck, square cover and flat form armset. Low opening force, backcheck capability offering resistance for areas where excessive force is used to open the doors. It is a typical application medium to high traffic areas such as health, commercial and education spaces. The Briton 2003V closer is CE certified to EN 1-4 (regular, transom and parallel applications) and is capable of meeting BS8300 requirements. The 2003V has Certifire accreditation for up to 2 hours on timber doors and 4 hours on steel doors. Spring power adjustable size EN 1-4 for a wide range of door sizes and weights. Closing and latch speed adjustable for ideal closing action. Suitable for doors up to 1100mm and 80kg. Certified for door or frame mount applications. Fits to “push” or “pull” side of the door.
