The 9-inch frame is fitted with a soft-grip comfort handle to improve control during longer painting sessions. Two sleeves are included with each set, giving the user a spare sleeve or the option to work with more than one colour. The supplied tray provides a convenient loading area and ribbed section for working excess paint into the sleeve before it is applied to the surface.

For best results, Harris recommends rinsing the roller sleeve before first use to remove any loose fibres. After use with water-based paints such as emulsion, excess paint should be removed before washing the sleeve in warm soapy water. The roller should then be allowed to dry naturally, ideally standing upright.
