Hyundai HYCP9070 Petrol Plate Compactor / Wacker Plate

The Hyundai HYCP9070 is a petrol-powered plate compactor designed for building, construction and landscaping applications where loose soil, sand or gravel needs to be compacted into a firm, level foundation. Powered by a Hyundai 196 cc 4-stroke recoil-start petrol engine, it combines dependable performance with straightforward operation for patios, driveways, block paving, garage extensions, conservatory foundations and general groundwork.

The machine uses a 540 x 420 mm compaction plate and develops 13000 N of centrifugal force. It travels at up to 15 m/min and can compact to a depth of up to 300 mm, making it suitable for both preparation work and larger landscaping or construction jobs. The V-belt is protected by a robust guard to help shield the drive system from knocks and bumps commonly encountered on site.

Operator comfort and transport have also been considered. The guide handle has a soft-grip covering and folds down over the machine to make storage and transport easier. A wheel kit is included to assist movement between work areas, while the supplied paving pad helps protect patios and block paving from marking during compaction.

The HYCP9070 uses unleaded petrol and a Hyundai 4-stroke engine. It also incorporates low oil protection to help protect the engine during operation. Hyundai covers its compactor plates with a 3-year domestic warranty and 1-year commercial warranty.
