With a scissor action for fast and fine cutting. The rotating head provides 4 different cutting positions. Twist head anti-clockwise to cut from the vertical to the horizontal and any angle in between; simply lock into required position. They are fitted with precision ground, non-stick, carbon steel blades and ergonomic comfort grip handles.
