These Master Lock Heavy-duty ratchet tie-downs designed to secure luggage or other loads to cars, van roof racks and/or trailers. They are manufactured from very strong webbing material, will withstand all weather conditions and are fitted with an easy-to-use heavy-duty ratchet cam mechanism and J-type hooks.

Includes PVC grip on the ratchet and strap trap tie-back for excess strap.
