ProDec Advance ProFlex 5m x 115mm 60 Grit Coarse Abrasive Roll
ProDec Advance ProFlex is a premium abrasive roll designed to give trade professionals longer life and greater flexibility than conventional sandpaper. It uses durable, low-clog aluminium oxide abrasive bonded to a crack-resistant cotton cloth backing, allowing the roll to flex and mould around curved, shaped and profiled surfaces without the backing splitting or creasing like ordinary paper.
This version is 60 grit coarse grade and measures 5m long by 115mm wide. The 115mm width is ideal for many machine sanders, while the roll can also be cut to the required length for hand sanding or use with a sanding block. It is suitable for wood, paint, plaster, fillers, metal and other appropriate surfaces.
The aluminium oxide grains have a self-sharpening action and resist clogging, helping ProFlex maintain efficient cutting performance. According to ProDec, the premium abrasive can last up to ten times longer than conventional sandpaper, making it particularly useful for repeated preparation work.
