Protect 1f is a high performance underlay for pitched roofs, which must be ventilated in accordance with BS5250 2021.
Install Protect 1F line with BS5534 2018.
Protect 1f prevents the ingress of dust, rain and snow into the roof void.
The membrane is classed as a secondary and should be treated as such and correctly installed will provide temporary protection of up to 3 months until the primary barrier ( slates/tiles ) have been installed.
The high performance lightweight material is clean and easy to handle.
Protect 1f is made up of three layer construction, comprising 2 high tensile polypropylene fabric layers, fused together around an impervious film and is coloured anthracite.
