The R.S.T. Philadelphia Brick Trowel has a plastic ferrule, metal tang and hardened and tempered blade. The handle is soft touch, adding comfort.

This Philadelphia shape of the trowel is well suited to laying blocks, allowing more mortar to be placed on the blade.
