The Reliance Medical Relief Reusable Hot and Cold Packs help soothe muscular discomfort and help to reduce swelling and bruising. The hot pack will assist in increasing circulation, with temporary relief to muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis or menstrual cramps. The cold pack will assist in temporarily reducing swelling, toothache, headache and fever. Each compress can be used more than once, with the plastic outer covering ensuring they remain clean for repeated use.

Delivery

Please note that some items on our site do come direct from the supplier and may not be available on Next Day Delivery.

Collection

We offer a click and click service from our Dundee Depot.

We aim to have orders ready to collect within 24 hours.Please note that this may not be possible if the item is not held in stock and needs to come on from the supplier.

We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

If you have received a damaged delivery or an incorrect item, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We can either issue a refund for you or send you a replacement item.
