Description

Sika General Purpose Silicone in white is supplied as 12 separate 260ml cartridges with nozzles. This mid-modulus, acetoxy-curing silicone creates a flexible waterproof joint. Its fungicide helps protect the cured seal against mould in humid locations. Use around baths, showers and basins, on worktop edges and laminates, for aluminium gutters or for fixing PVCu trims and panels. The product is part of the range previously marketed under Everbuild.

Apply to clean, dry surfaces after removing old sealant. Test adhesion first; porous surfaces may need primer. Avoid aquariums, bitumen, asphalt, lead, brass and materials that release oils or plasticisers. Do not use for uPVC perimeter pointing or near insulating glass edge seals. Tool the joint within 15 minutes.
