SikaBond SBR+ is a professional-grade styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) emulsion designed to improve the strength, flexibility, and water resistance of mortars, renders, screeds, and toppings. It can also be used as a primer and bonding agent for concrete and plaster surfaces.

Directions for Use:

• As a bonding primer: Mix 1 part SBR+ with 1 part water and 3 parts cement. Apply to clean, sound surfaces and lay screed or render while tacky.

• As an admixture: Replace 10–20% of mixing water with SBR+ to improve adhesion and flexibility.

• As a waterproof coating: Mix with cement to form a brush-on slurry for concrete protection.

Limitations:

• Not for use in pure gypsum plasters

• Do not apply below +5 °C

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants before application
