SikaSeal Sanitary Silicone Plus 295ml

SikaSeal Sanitary Silicone Plus is a permanently flexible sanitary silicone sealant designed for internal areas exposed to high humidity, condensation and regular water contact. It is ideal for sealing around baths, showers, basins, sanitaryware, worktops and laminates, and can also be used as an adhesive for fixing suitable PVCu trims and panels.

The quick-curing formulation creates a waterproof seal and is designed to resist discolouration as it ages, even in humid or damp conditions. This parent listing covers White and Translucent options and available pack sizes. Its approximately 10-minute skin time allows the joint to be tooled soon after application, while the cured seal remains flexible to accommodate movement.

Official Sika technical data gives a curing rate of approximately 3mm per 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity, movement capability of ±20%, elongation at break above 500%, and a service temperature range from -40°C to +150°C. The product meets ISO 11600 F and G 20LM and EN 15651-1, EN 15651-2 and EN 15651-3.
