Bostik Plasterer's Stabilising Primer has been specially developed for the plastering professional.
It creates an ideal key for re-skimming, with patented PLASPRIME technology that uses recycled plastic.
As the primer doesn’t have to be mixed at all, the plasterer can plaster faster.
It’s also more efficient because there is no need to wait for the perfect tack – the primer can be left to dry completely, then plastered any time afterwards, which is useful when working on larger areas.
As it’s green in colour, it’s easy to see exactly where you’ve primed too.
It can be applied over porous and non-porous areas to give a surface that dries evenly for excellent adhesion and a faster, easier finish.

Suitable use & materials
Bostik Plasterer's Stabilising Primer has been specially developed for preparing old walls prior to re-skimming and can be applied over brick, blocks, concrete, plaster, plasterboard and render.
It stabilises problem surfaces, including well-adhered emulsion paint, wallpaper adhesive residues, old plaster/render, porous and non-porous surfaces.
